How to delete your NextOfKin app account

You can delete your NextOfKin account at any time from inside the app: open Settings and choose Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you would rather request deletion by email, write to hello@thenextofkinapp.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account.

Steps

• Send an email to hello@thenextofkinapp.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”
• Include the email address you used to sign up
• You’ll receive a confirmation email within 3 business days.

What we delete

Your name, email, phone number, all saved items in your NextOfKin Plan (including critical items, trusted contacts, and emergency contacts), activity history, subscription data, and feedback responses.

What we retain

Anonymized, aggregated usage analytics that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained.
